We are going to run a pilot magazine soon and we have the focus of making the magazine with player involvement. We are looking for people who would regularly like to contribute ideas, and sections for the magazine. Remember to always include your full name so we can credit you and be sure to check spelling and grammar so its magazine worthy content!
Ideas we are looking for by players are listed below.
Braggers Rights – Write a story that sounds like it could have happened but exaggerating enough so that it also sounds untrue. Everyone likes over emphasizing things here’s your chance, the selected stories answer will be the next months edition.
Players Photos – Send us a photo that you may have captured in game, or in the safe zone and we will pick the best we like for including in the magazine.
Player Kit Reviews – exactly as it sounds. If you have a cracking piece of kit that you think was a cracking purchase and quality give us a run down and include a few photos when emailing in and we’ll get this in the magazine for all to see!
Player Gun Reviews – exactly the same as above but related directly to RIF purchases.
Classifieds – if you have items you would like to sell please email with a description, some photos and a brief write up. Please also add your call sign and first and last name. We would rather deals take place on the game site so as not to have phone numbers and other sensitive information on the internet freely available. This also lets people see the goods before parting with money.
Players Tips – perhaps you’re an elite sniper or a master of disguise. Perhaps you’re a CQB expert or maybe you’re a commander providing intelligence to your team around the battlefield. If this sounds like you or you have knowledge you would like to share as a players top tip please email us trough.
You’re Face Here – this is a get to know people section. Perhaps you’re a carpenter for your day job or a paramedic; perhaps you like motorbikes or quad bikes. This is an idea to get to know the player’s faces when most of the time in game you hear call signs and nicknames. An idea for this would be include a photo of you outside of Airsoft, and in game, then write little background on your self and include any photos i.e. motorbike that maybe your pride and joy.
These are just a few ideas to get you started but feel free to send suggestions through! Please email magazine@experienceairsoft.co.uk for sending your content.
Again, make sure to check spelling and grammar and also include who you are. Look forward to hearing ideas soon!
