Site Safety Rules
The session begins with a Safety Brief usually given by a member of staff, every player must be attentive even if they have heard it before. The rules are repeated here. The playing area is designated by a perimeter fence and/or white topped posts, all players must keep within this area. The playing area is as natural as possible, this implies it may contain varied hazards such as fallen timber, animal holes, nests, swampy areas, low branches and the like so caution and common sense should be exercised. The playing rules are described herein, pay particular attention to the ‘hit rules’.

The game start and finish are indicated by a signal noise, in the event of an accident a series of short sharp whistle blasts will be heard at which time all players should cease fire and hold their positions until informed otherwise. All weapons without exception must be chronographed prior to being used and the measured muzzle velocity must be recorded on the appropriate form, all weapons may be subject to random scrutiny Absolutely no live or loaded weapons in the safety zone.
